At La Suite Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your routine. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that at least 50% of the product remains for a valid refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
